Travelling through rural Rajasthan will get you off the beaten path and allow you to see the vibrant colours, ancient customs, and quaint heritage hotels of this most enchanting region of India. Shekhawati is famous for its slower pace of life and hundreds of 19th-century frescoed palaces, or merchant homes, and is home to Rajasthan’s largest outdoor gallery. The atmospheric World Sufi Spirit festival takes place in February, and Nagaur, to the southwest, by the Ahichattragarh Fort, which dates back to the 12th century. Driving across the vast Thar Desert to the west shows Jaisalmer’s ancient “Golden Fortress,” which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Samode, a gorgeous 150-year-old restored castle nestled in the Aravalli Hills, is conveniently located near Jaipur.

Day 1

Delhi Arrival

On arrival at Delhi International Airport you will be greeted by our representative & transferred to your pre – booked hotel. Relax & rejuvante yourself at hotel.

Day 2

Delhi

Establish your morning with a guided tour of Old Delhi.Starting with Raj Ghat, where India’s son Mahatma Gandhi cremated .Visit the largest mosque in India known as Jama Masjid. Take a rickshaw ride in narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk, old bazaar of Delhi. From here we ahead to Red Fort, built by emperor Shah Jahan in 17th century & labeled by UNESCO as world heritage site. Post lunch you will be taken for a tour to New Delhi planned by Sir Edwin Lutyens.Visit the Humayun’s Tomb, memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in 16th century & renowned as World Heritage Site. Our next attraction will be Qutub Minar, the tallest minaret of world & a perfect example of Indo-Islamic architecture & listed in UNESCO’s world heritage site. Also visit the India Gate & President House, the official residence of President of India. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3

Delhi - Mandawa ( 250 Kms / 5.5 Hrs )

Post breakfast leave to Mandawa , the town of painted havelis ( mansions ).Upon arrival check in at hotel & overnight stay.

Day 4

Mandawa - Bikaner ( 190 Kms / 3 Hrs )

Embark on the tour of Nawalgarh . Visit the Anandilal Poddar Haveli, the Jodhraj Patodia Haveli, Bansidar Bhagat Haveli, Chokhani Haveli, the Aath (eight) Haveli complex & visit The British Clock Tower.Visit the painted mansions of Mandawa & Dundlod. Later drive to Bikaner renowned for the best riding camels in the world.Upon arrival check in at hotel.

Day 5

Bikaner 5 Jaisalmer ( 330 Kms / 6 hrs

The fifth day of your tour begin with a visit to The Junagarh Fort built in 1611 AD, is one of the few forts built on top of the hill, also visit the Lallgarh Palace museum & Karni Mata Temple Deshnok ( Rat Temple ). Post lunch drive to Jaisalmer in the heart of Thar ” The Great Indian Desert”. Upon arrival check in at hotel & overnight at hotel for relax.

Day 6

Jaisalmer - Sam

Start your day with sightseeing of Jaisalmer Fort , built on the top of the hill.Made of sand stones & famous as Sonar Quilla, excellent example of Rajput architecture. Visit the Gadisar Lake & several sculptured havelis ( mansions ) of merchants. Later in the afternoon drive to Sam ( 40 kms from Jaisalmer ). Enjoy the sunset camel ride through the sand dunes & dinner. Overnight at swiss tents.

Day 7

Sam - Manvar ( 215 Kms / 4 Hrs )

Morning after breakfast left the camps & drive to Manvar lying between Jaisalmer & Jodhpur, a place located away from hustle & bustle. On arrival in Manvar check in at resort. In the afternoon set yourself in Jeep to explore the desert landscape.On the way one can visit the typical living lifes of villages. Come back to resort in evening & opt for camel ride & campfire dinner.Overnight at resort.

Day 8

Manvar - Rohet enroute Jodhpur ( 150 Kms / 3 Hrs )

Drive towards Rohet enroute visiting Jodhpur the at the edge of Desert was once the capital of strong & powerful kingdom Marwar, also called as Blue City of India. Today we will visit the Mehrangarh Fort,most imposing fort of India & houses of excellent museum.Visit Jaswant Thada – A cenotaph of the rulers of Jodhpur built in lucid white marble & Umaid Bhawan Palace. Later straight head to Rohet, set in the midst of rural surroundings on the banks of lake, the place of pleasure & pride. On arrival check in to the fort & overnight.

Day 9

Rohet - Udaipur ( 240 Kms / 4.5 Hrs )

Start for Udaipur after breakfast, enroute stopping at Ranakpur Temples, famous for intricate sculpture. The 1444 pillars support the 29 halls of temple, none of which are similar. Ahead straight to Udaipur, a romantic city of Rajasthan, also familiar as Lake City. Upon arrival check in at hotel & overnight.

Day 10

Udaipur

Morning after breakfast left yourself in depth of charm. Start your tour to visit the City Palace, built by Maharana Udai Singh on the bank of Pichola Lake, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion-ki-Bari ( Gardens of the maids of Honor ). Later in the evening enjoy boat cruise on Lake Pichola. After a busy day come back to your hotel & rejuvante yourself. Overnight at hotel.

Day 11

Udaipur - Pushkar ( 280 Kms / 5 hrs )

Leave to Pushkar, a very famous religious hindu religious centre & houses of various sacred temples. Upon arrival check in at hotel & overnight.

Day 12

Pushkar - Jaipur ( 150 Kms / 3 Hrs )

Enjoy the morning breakfast & take a sightseeing tour of Pushkar. We will visit the Brahma Temple ( said to be the one & only temple of Lord Brahma in world ) & other various temples. Later visit the Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti in Ajmer, a world wide popular pilgrimage centre which attracts a large number of pilgrims every year. Dirve to Jaipur, familiar as Pink City. Upon arrival check in at hotel & overnight.

Day 13

Jaipur

In the morning take a short Jeep Safari in nearby villages or ride on the horse back to explore the rural lifestyle. Later check out from hotel & drive to Jaipur, famous as pink city. Upon arrival check in at hotel & overnight.

Day 14

Jaipur - Agra enroute Fatehpur SIkri ( 240 Kms / 5 Hrs )

After breakfast in the morning you will be taken for Amber Fort, the majestic fort located at the top of Aravali Hills. Take a short ride on elephant’s back to reach at the fort, a overwhelming experience. Come back to the city & visit the City Palace, a perfection of Rajput & Mughal architecture, Palace of Winds popular as Hawa Mahal, a five storied building built in 1799 to enable the royal ladies to view the outside life & world. Later opt for Jantar Mantar, a astronomical observatory. Optional – Chokhi Dhani Enjoy the evening dinner at a village resort with typical Rajasthani experience.

Day 15

Agra - Delhi Departure ( 220Kms/4.5Hrs)

Check out from hotel & rech your final destination Delhi to catch flight for onward journey.
