Terms & Conditions of Indian Impression Employee Or Agent Would Never Ask For Any Of Your Card Information Related To Number, CVV, Net Banking Login, Password, OTP And So Forth. Neither Would They Communicate For Transferring Funds To Any Personal Account Or Install Third-Party Apps Like Any Desk or Team Viewer. In Case You Get Into Any Of Such acts or Any Loss Of Your Money, we Strictly Will Not Be Responsible For Any Losses.

Cancellation Policy

In Case Of Cancellation Of Tour/Travel Services Due To Any Unavoidable Reason. We Must Be Informed Of The Same In Writing And This Will Be Effective From The Date We Receive A Letter In Writing.

The Cancellation Charges Would Be As Follows:

60 Days Or More Before Arrival – 15% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
59 Days – 30 Days Before Arrival – 30% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
29 Days – 15 Days Before Arrival – 50% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
14 Days – 0 Days, Before Arrival Or No Show – No Refund.

Note: If Booking For Following Period Is/Are Cancelled, Due To Whatsoever Reason, No Refund Would Be Made For Said Cancellation.

High Peak Season Bookings (From 20th December To 15th January).
Festival Period Bookings (Festivals Like -Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair Etc).

Mandatory Identification Document Detail:

All Guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s, And Indian Nationals) must Provide a Photo ID At The Time Of Booking Confirmation Of Tours. The Given Below Documents Are Applicable For Different Categories:

• For Foreign Nationals – Copy Of Passport + Visa Is Mandatory.
• For Non-Resident Indians Clients (NRI Client) – Copy Of Passport.
• For Overseas Indian Clients Holding, OCI / PIO Card – Copy Of Passport And Copy Of OCI/PIO Card Is Mandatory.
• For Domestic Clients – Copy Of Driving License / Voter ID Card / Passport Is Mandatory.
